Job Summary Statement: The Sr. Data recovery miami Marketing Database Analyst is responsible for: 1) Developing, managing and delivering accurate reporting for marketing activities executed by the department (including but not limited to website, email, advertising, direct mail and catalogue); 2) analyzing and making recommendations and communicating results to marketing and other departments as appropriate; 3) providing recommendations based on database and reporting analysis for customer acquisition and retention; campaign and contact strategies; segmentation; and sales/ROI maximization; 4) building queries and pulling lists as needed for email, mail or other promotions and 5) managing the marketing database including updates, hygiene, query performance, data quality and similar concerns. Oral/written communication skills sufficient to present information via clear, intuitively-formatted and logical reports. Raid 1 data recovery Sufficient accuracy in writing, spelling, data entry and proofing to present consistently error-free reliable reports.
Ability to think strategically during analyses, making actionable recommendations towards achieving campaign, department, and institutional goals.
Ability to provide clear, understandable reporting including data labeling, legible formatting, accurate bias notation and summary recommendations sufficient to act on without further clarification.
Experience and judgment sufficient to determine appropriate analysis to disclose potential improvements. Database 2016 Ability to identify relevant factors/recommend solutions on departmental and institutional scale for improved efficiencies, streamlined operations and increased ROI.
Sufficient knowledge/demonstrated experience with relational DBs sufficient to execute job duties including best practices for data hygiene, NCOA/address updates, maintenance, security and performance standards and ability to liaison with DB vendor to troubleshoot and correct problems.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in DB marketing and analysis including setting up or running marketing reporting with ROI, acquisition cost, and campaign/list analysis.
