Manages and maintains the fundraising database for all Christian Brothers High School constituents updating constituent records on an ongoing basis, with special attention to donor relationships, attributes and notations.

Ensures a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all records and works on an ongoing basis to improve and correct any existing inaccuracies.

Tracks appeals and campaigns to provide analytical data to the Advancement team including appeal success rate, donor retention rates, and lapsed donor information.

Produces accurate lists as requested for Advancement Department and President’s Office, including, but not limited to mailing list for appeals, event invitations, donor communications, and the Annual Report of Gifts.

Processes all contributions, corresponding thank-you letters and gift receipts accurately, and in a timely fashion. Database languages Reconciles cash deposits as well as credit card transactions.
